Sarah and Mary Lynn came together to form Tender Souls Services, an agency that would truly put the clients first. As two moms of special needs daughters, they saw the need for a responsible, caring, and supportive agency committed to be there for the clients 24/7. We know the needs of parents and understand the complexities of navigating the system in trying to obtain services for our children. We understand the frustration of not being heard when needs arise.

Tender Souls Services is committed to open, honest communication, compassionate care and supportive assistance whenever needed. As an agency serving Northern Colorado, we have the experience and knowledge to move forward in caring for your family member as if they were our own. We commit to transparency in all aspects of service and support.

We invite you to contact us and see how Tender Souls Services can be there to support you and your family member.

Sarah Culler – Director

The need for a care Program Approved Service Agency (PASA) is a very personal story for, Sarah Culler, co-founder of Tender Souls Services.

After struggling with medical conditions since birth and significant developmental delays Sarah’s daughter, Alexus, was diagnosed with 18p deletion at the age of 5.  This diagnosis was just the beginning of a battle to advocate for her daughter. Dealing with countless medical professionals, therapists, school systems, and government programs, Sarah has been relentless in ensuring her daughter’s health, well being, and happiness are a priority.

With her mother’s unwavering fight, Alexus has flourished! She graduated High School and transitioned to the DD waiver.

With a mutual desire to advocate for and assist disabled individuals and their families, Sarah and Mary founded Tender Souls Services.

Mary Lynn Thompson – Program Director

Mary Lynn became the mother of a special needs daughter when she married Robert ten years ago. She knew that by marrying him she was accepting the role and responsibility of caring for Sonja for the remainder of her life.

Sonja had been diagnosed with epilepsy and mental deficiencies, with a mental age of a 3-5 year old. Although there has been no reason given for her condition, it is believed it was due to a traumatic birth situation.

Mary Lynn, along with Robert, has taken the role of advocate in pursuing the needed services and care that Sonja needs. She will continue to pursue this path when it comes to the needs of her daughter and others.

The need for a new health care agency came to view when the difficulties of obtaining funding for care arose this past year. Parents need an experienced guide to help them through the process of navigating the difficult path of caring for a special needs child.

Tender Souls Services intends to be that guide for any one in need of help.
